A song whose lyrics came from finding out that there was never a plane crash involving cannibalism in the Alps, just one in the Andes.

a packed passenger plane in the Alps goes skiing
crashing, crashing, crashing into a mountain
people panicking, pissing themselves and screaming
flying, flying, flying out of the plane
a crushed crowd crawling back together for heat
freezing, freezing, freezing inside the cabin
no reason to rely on rescue, no help is coming
starving, starving, starving behind God's back

but then somebody has a lightbulb moment
"why don't we eat those ladies and gents?"
"who didn't make it, perished in the descent?"
"thighs and butts gotta be full of nutrients"
"ain't a happy meal, but they can't not consent"
"we need to eat, you know, just my two cents"
and so begins the cannibal incident
in the Alps

for survival, man is primal
to survive this flight, no time to fight
it's dine or die, eat or be eaten

was there really only one in the Andes?
I could've sworn there was one in the Alps
and I'm not the only one
